cancellation policy
Cancellations require as much notice as possible to allow for timetable movements. Cancellation within 2 hours will require a full lesson fee. Cancellation within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancel fee at teachers discretion.
ONLINE LESSON OPTION
If you feel you cannot come to the lesson at short notice due to illness, or bad traffic or just running late, please send your teacher a message and the lesson for that week can be conducted online.
