Vov Dylan is a unique Violinist, Teacher and Entrepreneur in the Sydney scene. Established as a Business in 2000 "Vov Dylan" has quickly moved to becoming one of Sydney's most recognized, and recommended Violinists, and provider of quality ensembles for all events functions shows and dances.

Vov has been performing and involved in the industry from a young age of 3 (where he had his first newspaper coverage playing the Violin). Since that time he has been involved with TV broadcasts, Radio shows, Live performances, International tours, Movies, and Music Videos and Recording Studios - there aren't many facets of the industry that Vov has not worked in.

Vov has been a recipient of scholarships, Diplomas, and a Bachelor of Arts with honors from Sydney University. He has also had the privilege of teaching at some of Sydney's private schools, along with having been involved with running lessons at Macquarie University. He is currently on staff at Sydney Technical High School (a selective school) and Villa Maria Primary School (a Catholic Private School).

Vov is the third generation of professional musician in his family, his father Evan Elsley is also a Violinist who frequently works alongside Vov. His Grandfather and Uncle have been award winning Classical Pianists, his Grandmother has been a respected Piano teacher, and his aunt is a singer on Australia's Musical Theatre stage.

As a performer and business owner Vov has been associated with multiple government functions, Independent theatres, Clubs throughout NSW, International Embassies and Ambassadors, along with major Australian performance venues such as the Opera House and Sydney Town Hall, along with countless private clients.

With work and experience covering every facet of the industry from stage, to background, solo, international touring, recording, film and TV to weddings, functions, dinner dances, private serenades, international hotels, pubs and festivals. This wealth of experience has given a solid ground level understanding of what audiences want from their performers.

Vov is actively involved in all facets of this business from concept inception, talent booking, musical arrangements, rehearsal, conducting, choreography and of course performing.

An honors degree recipient from Sydney University in the field of Performance studies, Diplomas in performance, a qualified and respected teacher (associated with Sydney Technical College, Newington College, Macquarie University).

Through his professional experience and his training, he has pool of trusted advisers, and subcontractors who are specialists in their field. These people are employed on a per performance/contract basis as to ‘best fit’.
